- write down your outcomes for the past 6 months (12 months for bigger organisations) and evaluate their impact and visibility (we will provide you with the framework)
- do a self-assessment of your current skillset

- Building Product Strategy as a Non-Leader

- what can you do if leadership doesn’t provide a good product strategy
- Stakeholder Identification and Management
- Mapping and categorising stakeholders
- Strategies for managing expectations and communications with diverse stakeholders
